Luca Montorio has fond memories of his Italian childhood, which taught him the importance of striking a good balance in life.

Today his kitchen is the hub of family activity where he lovingly prepares good food for his family and friends. PEPPUP was such a great hit with his family and friends, both kids and adults, that he decided to bring it to the market.  Today we chat to Luca to find out more about his products.

Have you always had an interest in food, how did you get started?

I have always believed that good food revolves around family and friends. I like to combine a few simple ingredients to create interesting and alternative flavours that all the family can enjoy. I married the much-loved classic Italian combination of roasted red pepper with tomato to create PEPPUP, our family ketchup, as a wholesome alternative to shelf bought tomato ketchup products. From there my story has continued with developing a range of pasta sauces and now cooking services for the food service.
